St. Croix, VI: Frederiksted Flash Flood Pics

The town of Frederiksted is submerged by water. Water has covered the roads of the Waterfront, Emancipation Drive, the St. Croix Legislature Building, Concordia, and La Grange. The playground and baseball fields appeared to be lakes as rivers of waters flowed to the ocean. The bridge over the gut gave way and the surrounding road immediately collapsed giving way to extreme erosion of sand and soil.
