Thank God it’s Friday! Start your weekend off with this relaxing cocktail courtesy of Abrcadabras in Antigua. Rum, banana, pineapple, and garnished with tropical fruits…all that’s missing is the beach. Enjoy!
2 oz. white rum
1 oz. crème de banane (spelling is correct)
4 oz. fresh pineapple juice
Directions: Combine ingredients in a shaker; pour into a 9-ounce glass over ice. Garnish with a pineapple or orange wedge, cherry and slice of coconut.
